I wanted to take this opportunity to get to know you better, and vice versa. A huge passion of mine is and has always been helping others. I want to make purpose of my pain and use my wisdom from past experiences to help those who are in need of guidance. This is why I decided to start an Advice Column section for my blog.
If you’re struggling with an issue or have a question for me, I invite you to connect. Submit your questions or concerns on my google docs form. You have the choice to be anonymous, as this form will not require and name or email address entry. If you’d like your name/business/or social media included in the post, feel free to write it in.
Please keep in mind, I am not a mental health professional. I’ve obtained all of my “qualifications” from life experiences, spiritual counseling, therapy, and self-reflection. This should be treated as if you’re receiving advice from your friend or family member.

If you are in crisis or you think you may have an emergency, call your doctor or 911 immediately. If you’re having suicidal thoughts, call 1-800-273-TALK (8255) to talk to a skilled, trained counselor at a crisis center in your area at any time.
